Michelle Beauchamp is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and support services. Currently serving as the Director of Solution Architecture at Provalus, Michelle focuses on up-skilling American workers and providing outsourced services. Previously, while at Sitel Group, Michelle held the position of Director of Technical Support as a Service, managing B2B and B2C support opportunities. At Stratix Corporation, Michelle worked as a Sr. Manager of Product Management, leading go-to-market initiatives. Michelle's long tenure at CompuCom involved multiple leadership roles, including Director of Program Capability and Director of Product Management, where significant contributions were made to service offerings, process automation, and customer contract negotiations. Throughout a career marked by success in developing and implementing strategies, Michelle has also been active in promoting women's involvement in technology through the Women in Technology Affinity Group.
