Fanny Ng Liu is a multi-faceted entrepreneur and finance professional with extensive experience in ownership and revenue cycle management. Fanny currently owns and operates Heartstrings Flower Co. and Sweet Wick Bakery since October and September 2023 respectively, and serves as a Revenue Cycle Specialist at Proud Moments ABA since June 2023. With a background that includes ownership at Loruve since November 2020, and roles in underwriting and programmatic media, Fanny has demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, project management, and client relations across various industries. Fanny holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from Baruch College, complemented by foundational education from Staten Island Tech High School.
