Hemali Gadani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and operations in the software industry. Currently serving as the Director of Overseas Operations at Protovate since November 2011, Hemali has held multiple key roles, including Director of Operations and Lead Project Manager. At Techplus Software & Complitech Solutions, since June 2009, Hemali functions as the Lead Project Manager and QA Head for Overseas Clients, focusing on risk management and project success. As the Founder of Techplus Software Pvt. Ltd., Hemali also contributes as a Project Manager. Previous experience includes a role as a Software Engineer and Team Leader at Complitech Solutions since January 2009, and early training at Gloscon Solutions Pvt Limited and Gujarat Infotech Limited on Ruby on Rails and ASP.NET, respectively. Hemali holds dual master's degrees in Information Technology from Gujarat University and K S School of Business Management.
