Emma Hamm has held a variety of roles in the past decade. In 2011, they began as a Sales Associate at J.Crew. In 2012, they held the roles of Presidential Assistant of Alumni Relations, Peer Tutor, Cardinal Key Executive Board, and Tour Guide Executive Board at Muhlenberg College. In 2014, they were a Marketing and Business Development Intern at Temptster. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at Stevens Institute of Technology as the Assistant Director of the Office of Alumni Engagement and Alumni Coordinator. In their role as Assistant Director, they served as a liaison for 30th, 10th, and 5th reunion classes, regional clubs, affinity groups, athletics, Greek organizations, the Stevens Alumni Association, and graduate alumni. Emma also developed, implemented, and evaluated on- and off-campus programs and events including Alumni Weekend and Homecoming. In 2016, they held the roles of Associate Director, Experiential Learning and Assistant Director of Alumni and Parent Engagement, Career Center at Muhlenberg College. Currently, they are an Account Director at Protopia.

Emma Hamm attended Hackettstown High School from 2007 to 2011. Emma then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Media and Communications and French at Muhlenberg College from 2011 to 2015. In 2014, Emma began studying Media and Communications at Dublin City University, where they are still enrolled.
