Shayna M. Back has over 10 years of work experience. In 2018, they were a Purchasing Team Lead at Proton Dealership IT. From 2011 to 2016, they were a Server at Toast Caf\u00e9 and Carter\u2019s Courthouse Cafe, where they excelled at working in a fast-paced environment and was frequently requested by customers for their quality of service. In 2016, they were an Engagement Support Representative at WorkSmart. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Program Staff at YMCA of the Triangle, where they led programs and activities, communicated discipline issues, and facilitated program activity builds. From 2009 to 2011, they were a Primary Care Provider for two working families, teaching the basics of early education and focusing on building healthy relationships between the children.

Shayna M. Back attended Liberty University from 2015 to 2018, where they earned a Master of Arts (MA) in Teaching in Elementary Education. Prior to that, they attended Virginia Commonwealth University from 2012 to 2015 and obtained a Bachelors of Interdisciplinary Studies in Liberal Studies for Early and Elementary Education.
