Lee Kirkland has over 12 years of experience in the IT field. From 2008 to 2012, they served as an Information Technology Specialist in the US Army. Lee then joined Noregon Systems in 2012 as a Product Support Specialist, providing support for JPRO Heavy Duty Diagnostics, Allison DOC, and other OEM software. In 2013, they joined Cypress Networks as a Network Consultant, providing customer support via phone, remote desktop connection, or onsite. Since 2015, they have been working as an Onsite Technician Team Lead NC/SC and Network Engineer at Proton Dealership IT, providing IT support for car dealerships and medical facilities both remotely and onsite.
Lee Kirkland received their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from American Military University in 2020. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) in Information Technology in Computer Science from Everest University-South Orlando in 2015.
