Ron Belknap has a significant work experience in the manufacturing and engineering field. Ron founded and served as the CEO of ProtoCAM, a company specializing in rapid prototyping and additive manufacturing services since 1994. Prior to that, they held the position of Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Ingersoll Rand from 1991 to 1994. Ron also worked as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager for Goulds Pumps from 1979 to 1991.

Ron Belknap (AMUG🦕) completed their Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering from Clarkson University in the years 1974 to 1978. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Manufacturing Systems from Clarkson University, from 1991 to 1995. In addition, they obtained a Certificate in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Rochester Institute of Technology in the academic year 1984 to 1985.
