Willis Gu is a Senior Mechanical Designer at Proto3000, specializing in the design of new products from concept to manufacture and leading prototype assemblies to test functionality since November 2013. Previously, Willis held positions such as Deputy Manager at Tianjin Xudong Constructional Engineering Co., Ltd, where responsibilities included mechanical accessory development, assembly drawing preparation, and equipment maintenance record management. As a Process Engineer at betafence, Willis focused on creating process documentation, optimizing manufacturing processes, and improving production yield. Earlier experiences include working as a Product Engineer at CTS Electronic Components, handling product transfers and new product development, and as an SMT Technician at Hong Yue Dianzi, overseeing process flow documentation and project management. Willis earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Automation from Tianjin University of Technology.
