Lori Vassos is an experienced professional in operations management and the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Operations Supervisor at Proto3000 Inc. since December 2014, Lori oversees various aspects of 3D engineering, rapid prototyping, and 3D printing. Prior to this role, Lori spent over eleven years at Cara Operations, where responsibilities included managing day-to-day restaurant operations, handling food and liquor orders, and conducting weekly inventories as a Restaurant Manager. Additionally, Lori worked as a Bartender, focusing on delivering exceptional guest experiences while managing cash handling and daily inventory tasks. Lori holds a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Society from York University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
