David Franco-Julian is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Protiv, a company that focuses on solving the misalignment of incentives between construction companies and hourly workers. David is also the Owner of Rethink Asset Management, a company based in New York City that represents outside-the-box investors in real estate. Additionally, David is the Co-Owner of Perennial Construction Solutions, a general contracting company that works with institutional investors and property management companies. Prior to these roles, David held the position of Vice President at College Works Painting, where David managed operations in New York and coached college students on entrepreneurship. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Sustainability Studies from Arizona State University.
