As the Founder of CMF SEARCH since September 2024, Carly has established a boutique recruitment firm dedicated to connecting top talent with businesses and facilitating career growth for individuals. Prior to this role, Carly served as a Search Consultant at Protis Global and RAZR Recruiting + Consulting, and as Director of Recruitment at Career Group Companies from 2018 to 2024. Earlier career experience includes working as a Talent Publicist Assistant at PMK•BNC in 2016-2017. Carly is an alumna of Indiana University Bloomington.
