Dipika Gemani is a highly skilled scientist with extensive experience in assay development and biomarker research. Currently serving as Scientist II at Prothena Corporation plc since November 2021, Dipika previously held positions at Neuron 23 as a biomarker scientist and at Biogen as an assay development scientist. Earlier in the career, Dipika worked at Quanterix, contributing to highly sensitive immunoassay development utilizing Simoa Technology. Additional roles include an associate scientist at MPI Research, focusing on assay development and validations, and a research associate at Meso Scale Discovery, specializing in multiplexing immunoassays for biomarkers. Dipika began the professional journey as a research assistant and laboratory technician at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, with a background in molecular medicine and bioinformatics from the University of Maryland Baltimore and the University of Mumbai, respectively.
