Prior to that, they worked at CEMEX for many years, including roles such as Global VP - Supply Chain, Business Unit Director - Infrastructure Development, Operations Director - National Ready-mix Concrete Operations, Regional Director - Strategic Planning for the Americas, Vice President - Supply Chain & Logistics, M&A Central Europe Leader - Post Merger Integration, Business Unit Director - Logistic Services, Director - Strategic Planning and Business Development, Senior Manager - Post Merger Integration Team, and Senior Analyst - International Trading. In these roles, Mr. Villasenor was responsible for tasks such as strategic planning, process improvement, budgeting, competitor analysis, and managing various operations. Eladio has achieved significant accomplishments, including optimizing operational efficiency, implementing digital processes, securing significant cost savings, and overseeing successful project execution.
Eladio Villasenor has a Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance from Harvard Business School. In addition, they have pursued a degree in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Eladio also completed the CEMEX International Management Program (CIMP) in Business Administration and Management from Stanford University. Furthermore, they have participated in the Programa de Educación Ejecutiva para Presidentes de Empresa in Business Administration and Management from Universidad de Los Andes. Eladio Villasenor also holds certification in Industrial Engineering & Total Quality Control from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
