Eric Barnes is currently working as a Nurse Practitioner with the Burn Surgery Department at University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics since March 2021. Prior to this role, Eric served as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Proteus, Inc. from December 2020. With a background in critical care nursing, Eric has held positions such as Registered Nurse in the Medical ICU at University of Iowa Health Care and in the Surgical ICU at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Eric has pursued higher education, earning a Master's degree in Family Practice Nursing from Graceland University in 2019. Prior to this, Eric completed a Bachelor of Science in Critical Care Nursing from Briar Cliff University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Wayne State College.
