Thomas Pauley has a diverse background in engineering and technical roles, currently serving as a Battery Manufacturing Engineering Technician at Proterra Inc since September 2018, with previous positions including Sr. Engineering Technician - Vehicle Systems and Controls and Quality Commissioning Technician. Prior to Proterra, Thomas worked as a Manufacturing Technician at E-ONE and held service technician positions at Millers Boating Center. Thomas also has experience as an Independent Business Owner at 2nd Chance Marine LLC and has held various management roles in shipping and production at Truck Image LLC and Sharp Boards LLC. Additionally, Thomas served in the United States Army from January 1997 to January 2003 and completed education in motorcycle mechanics at Universal Technical Institute from 2004 to 2005.
