Haiwei Luo is currently serving as a Program Manager at Proterra Inc since January 2023, focusing on the development of high-energy-density battery packs for Class 8 vehicle platforms. With a robust background in project engineering, Haiwei previously worked at DPR Construction from January 2017 to January 2023, where responsibilities included managing the lifecycle of complex construction projects across various sectors. Haiwei's earlier experience includes a Project Engineer role at DPR Construction and positions in technology integration at Daimler Trucks and Buses China. Haiwei holds a Master of Science in Engineering, Construction Engineering & Management from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Management in Project Management from the University of Science and Technology Beijing.
