Eric Shih is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in product safety, regulatory affairs, and corporate compliance. Currently serving as Senior Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs Counsel at Proterra Powered LLC since October 2022, Eric previously held roles as Senior Corporate Counsel & Global Compliance Officer at Vibracoustic USA, Inc. and Corporate Counsel at Tenneco Inc. Eric began their legal career as a Senior Attorney at Clark Hill PLC, where Eric worked for over a decade. Eric holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Michigan State University College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor.
