Eneida Estrada is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in organizational development and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager and Organizational Development Chief at Proterial Cable America since October 2021, Eneida previously held multiple HR roles at Certus Automotive, including Human Resources Manager and Talent Acquisition & Development Supervisor from January 2018 to June 2021. Prior experience includes a position as Labor Relations Coordinator at Shape Corp. from November 2010 to December 2017 and HR Support at Crane Payment Innovations in 2009-2010. Eneida holds a degree in Psicología Organizacional from Universidad MONDRAGON-UCO, earned between 2006 and 2009.
