Richa Bajaj has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on people operations and culture. Richa currently holds the position of Head of People Operations at Protera, where they collaborate with global business leaders to implement HR processes. Prior to this, they served as the Head of People & Culture at Ashnik, overseeing recruitment, people operations, and HR processes. Richa also has experience as a Senior HR Manager at Elixia Tech Solutions Ltd, where they streamlined people processes and practices. Additionally, Richa has worked in talent management at Cipla Ltd. and corporate strategy and OD at Delcure Lifesciences Limited. Richa has a background in HR business partnering at Ozone Group of Companies and also gained experience as a research assistant at Centre de Sciences Humaines (CSH Delhi), working on a sociological project. Earlier in their career, they worked on recruitment and selection at Newgen Software Ltd and served as a summer trainee at North Delhi Power Limited, where they focused on performance management and retention strategies.

Richa Bajaj completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource from Jagan Institute of Management Studies (JIMS) from 2008 to 2010. Richa also holds a Bachelor's degree (B.E.) in E & C from Rajasthan Technical University, which they obtained from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, Richa has obtained several certifications in various fields, including employer branding, talent acquisition, behavioral event interviewing, balance scorecard, employee engagement, job description and role analysis, and talent assessment, among others.
