Steven Broome has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Steven is currently working as a Customer Success Scientist at Protein Metrics, LLC since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Application Scientist at MOBILion Systems, Inc. from January 2021 to December 2022.

Before joining MOBILion Systems, Inc., Steven was associated with BioPharmaSpec where they held several positions. Steven started as a Junior Scientist in August 2015 and then moved on to become a Senior Scientist from August 2016 to August 2018. Finally, they served as a Senior Mass Spectrometrist from August 2018 to January 2021. At BioPharmaSpec, they specialized in the application of high-resolution LC-MS technology for the characterization of proteins and biopharmaceuticals, leading over 50 studies and collaborating with clients to meet their specific needs.

Steven also gained valuable experience as a Scientists Student Intern at GSK from May 2014 to August 2015. In this role, they utilized LC-MS/MS technology for proteomic data analysis and provided support for early drug discovery.

Furthermore, Steven has worked on research projects during their time at West Chester University of Pennsylvania and ListenLogic. At the university, they studied the effects of neuropeptides through RNAi knockdown in pond snails. As a Summer Intern at ListenLogic, they assisted in capturing and analyzing large amounts of unstructured social media data for business insights and analytics.
