Monica Ulmer currently serves as the Head of Sales Operations at Protegrity since May 2020, with previous roles including Marketing Chief of Staff and Growth Operations Manager. Prior to Protegrity, Monica Ulmer was at Vivint Smart Home, where roles included IT Program Manager focused on Information Security and Inside Sales from March 2018 to May 2020, as well as serving as an IT Project Manager for the implementation of SAP and S/4HANA. Earlier experience includes managing product development for Bend Tech/Mettis Trainer, which won the 2016 CES Innovation Award, and as Marketing Coordinator at Sorenson Bioscience, where Monica Ulmer oversaw branding and marketing collateral for multimillion-dollar products. Monica Ulmer started the career as an Administrative Assistant at Intermountain Healthcare, managing patient scheduling in a fast-paced environment.
