Claudia Mason MSc is an experienced professional in counter fraud and claims management, currently serving as the Head of Counter Fraud & Intelligence for the UK & Nordics at Protector Forsikring ASA since January 2019. Claudia oversees counter fraud claims management, training, and strategy, ensuring effective operational controls. Prior to this role, Claudia held various positions at Towergate from 2014 to December 2018, including Counter Fraud Manager and UK Fraud Lead, where responsibilities included rolling out the Counter Fraud Strategy, managing fraud investigations, and producing fraud management information. Claudia also gained extensive experience in fraud litigation at DAC Beachcroft LLP, Clyde & Co LLP, and Halliwells LLP between 2006 and 2014. Claudia holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Counter Fraud and Corruption from the University of Portsmouth, completed in 2018.
