Jennifer Ratliff Artrip is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in distribution operations and sales support. Currently serving as Senior Director of Distribution Operations at Protective Life since August 2021, Jennifer previously held various leadership roles at Allstate from April 1999 to October 2020, including Regional Operations Leader and Senior Education Manager. Over the course of a decade at Allstate, Jennifer advanced from an entry-level position to senior management, showcasing a strong track record in operational leadership and development. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Human Relations from Trevecca Nazarene University.
