Dominique (Dom) Lebel currently serves as Chief Risk Officer at Protective Life, a position held since May 2024. Previously, Dom was Managing Director and Leader of the Americas Life Practice at Willis Towers Watson from January 2000 to May 2024, where responsibilities included market strategy, consulting services, and software solutions for life insurers. Dom also led the Hartford Life Practice and Financial Modeling and Reporting for the Americas Life Practice, overseeing various strategic and financial operations. Earlier career experience includes working as an actuary at Empire Life, focusing on individual life and annuity pricing and product development. Dom holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Mathematics from Concordia University, earned between 1991 and 1994.
