Derry Herring is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in auditing and risk management, currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Audit Officer at Protective Life Corporation since July 2007. Prior to this role, Derry held the position of Senior Vice President and Associate Director of Audit at Regions Financial Corp. from April 1993 to July 2007, and worked as an Auditor at Colonial Bank from 1991 to 1993.
