Patrick Lincke, MBA, is an experienced professional with a diverse background in claims management and customer service. Currently serving as Director of Claims P&C and Director of CX Contact Center at Protective Asset Protection since November 2002, Patrick has also held roles as Customer Service Manager, Senior Claims Adjuster, Claims Inspection Coordinator, and Claims Adjuster in the same organization. In addition, Patrick has been the Director of Development at Princesses and Ladies Inc. since January 2014. Previously, Patrick worked as a Writing Tutor at the College of Lake County and as an Automotive Technician at Antioch Tire Inc. Patrick holds a Master of Business Administration from Northern Illinois University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and an Associate of Arts in Business.
