Eitan Rutin has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2008 as a Project Coordinator and Field Manager for Perach, The Davidson Institue of Science Education.Weizmann Institute of Science. In this role, they established and managed a new project, trained and managed a team of 50 students, and formulated procedures, defined processes, and created partnerships. In 2010, they took on a student position as a Project Planner and Analyst for the Loan Department at the "Kivoonim" young adult center, Ashdod Municipality. In this role, they were responsible for promotion and implementation of variety of projects in Loans Department, design and analysis of business processes, and streamlining existing work processes. In 2014, they moved on to become a Data Scientist for Geocartography Knowledge Group (GCKG), where they led predictive analytics aspects of the project, built predictive models used to forecast customer behavior, and dealt with analysis and reporting of statistical information. In 2016, they joined AT&T Tel Aviv R&D Center as a Senior Data Scientist, and in 2018 they were promoted to Tech Lead Data Scientist. In this role, they spearheaded multiple projects including development of 3 major end-to-end ML projects, developed and launched a scalable, internal Machine Learning infrastructure, and dealt with real-world challenges such as integrating data from multiple sources, unbalanced data, and dirty data. Most recently, in 2022, they became Co-founder and Chief Data Scientist for StreamSights.
Eitan Rutin obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from SCE Shamoon College of Engineering between 2009 and 2013. Eitan also received a R Programming - Graduation with Distinction certification from Hopkins University, Coursera Verified Certificates in July 2014.
