Nandakumar Sathiyamoorthy is an experienced professional currently serving as the Lead for Strategy & Knowledge Management and the Lead of the Strategic Resource Enhancement Wing at Protechsoft Technologies since August 2011. Nandakumar's expertise lies in talent acquisition and knowledge strategy development, focusing on aligning the needs of the company with the capabilities of global talent. Prior to this role, Nandakumar worked as a Senior SRE Professional at E-Care India Private Limited for a brief period and as a Business Development Executive. Nandakumar holds an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from Anna University Chennai (2009-2011) and a B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Saranathan College of Engineering (2004-2008).
