Tom Speights is an experienced Quality Manager and Safety Manager at Protec Arisawa, specializing in the manufacture of reverse osmosis vessels for various industries. With a strong background in quality assurance and process improvement utilizing Lean and 5S methodologies, Tom has developed SOPs and program manuals since April 2018. Prior to this role, Tom served as a Senior Chief in the U.S. Navy, where responsibilities included instructing flight crews, managing flight operations, and performing maintenance as an Aircraft Mechanic. Additional experience encompasses part-time work at South West Sign Maintenance, where skills in manufacturing and installation of signage were utilized. Tom's educational background includes training at the Naval Aviation Warfighting Development Center and completion of the Senior Enlisted Academy.
