Tony Sternberg has varied work experience in different roles and companies. Tony co-founded ProsperStack in 2020 and currently serves as the CEO. Prior to this, they worked at CATS Applicant Tracking System where they held the positions of President from 2017 to 2020, Product Manager from 2012 to 2016, and Support/QA from 2009 to 2011. Before CATS, they worked at Cognizo Technologies as a Recruiter from 2007 to 2009. At Cognizo, their responsibilities included working with the development team to test new features and recruiting web developers for various companies. Tony started their career at Iver H. Carlson & Son, Inc. as an IT Generalist from 2004 to 2007. In this role, they maintained and updated the company's internal software and website.

Tony Sternberg attended the University of Minnesota from 2002 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business & Marketing. Following this, from 2008 to 2010, they attended Normandale Community College, studying Computer Science with a focus on Mathematics, C/C++, Java, and Machine Architecture.
