Igor Patshany has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Igor is currently working as a Hardware Engineering Manager at Prospera Technologies since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Align Technology as a Senior Production Engineer from May 2018 to November 2021.

Before that, Igor was employed at Airspan Networks as an NPI Engineer from March 2017 to April 2018. Igor also held the position of Engineering Manager at Trans Innovation Group (TIG) - Transelectric | Asis-Pro | TransPro from May 2016 to February 2017.

Igor gained valuable experience as an NPI Manager at DSIT Solutions Ltd from June 2010 to April 2016. Igor also worked as an NPI Engineer at ESC BAZ from June 2008 to June 2010.

Earlier in their career, Igor served as an Integration Team Lead at CONTROP Precision Technologies Ltd. from June 2003 to June 2008. Igor began their professional journey as a Technical Team Lead (Night Vision) in the Israel Defense Forces from July 2000 to June 2003.

Igor Patshany obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the MLA Center for Academic Studies in Or Yehuda. Prior to that, they pursued courses in Industrial Engineering at Ariel University. Igor also holds a Technician diploma in Electronics & Electricity from College Ort Efridar Ronson, where they previously completed their high school education and obtained a high school diploma with a specialization in Electronics & Electricity.
