Mercedes Andrade has served in various accounting roles since beginning a professional career in 2015. Currently, Mercedes holds the position of Assistant Corporate Controller and Corporate Accountant at Prospera Housing Community Services since October 2019. Prior experience includes working as a Tax Accountant at Akin, Doherty, Klein & Feuge, P.C. from May 2017 to October 2019 and at RSM US LLP from July 2015 to April 2017. Notably, the merger between PSCO and RSM occurred in August 2016. Earlier in the career, Mercedes was a Tax Intern at Johnson, Miller & Co., CPA's from January 2015 to April 2015. Mercedes earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas Permian Basin in May 2015.
