Chabre Vickers serves as the Director of Equity, Policy, and Communications at Prosper Portland since June 2022, focusing on strategic initiatives to promote an equitable economy. Prior to this role, Chabre held the position of Vice President Community Development Officer at Wells Fargo from July 2018 to June 2022. Chabre also worked as the Community Relations Manager at Portland Community College from May 2015 to July 2018, where efforts centered on engaging the Southeast Portland community in student success. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Brand Experience at Big Brothers Big Sisters Columbia Northwest from 2010 to May 2015, and collaborating on partnerships and strategies as the Director of Community Relations & Diversity Programs. Education was completed at Howard University.
