Felicia Daniel, SPHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the People Operations Manager at Prosper Marketplace, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Felicia managed People Operations at WebMD Health Services from March 2020 to October 2023, overseeing benefits, HRIS, and compensation. Additional experience includes serving as the Manager of Revenue Operations at Leafly and HR Operations Manager roles at Amperity and TINYpulse. Earlier career roles include positions in accounts receivable at TUNE and Slalom, as well as an accounting specialist role at Orthodontic Excellence. Felicia holds a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting from Central Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Washington, along with an Associate of Arts from Grays Harbor College.
