Micha Nicheva is currently the head of design strategy at Reason and a co-founder of Metaart Foundation. With experience in various roles such as product & service strategy advisor, design lead, senior service design consultant, seminars lead, and translator, Micha has a strong background in using design to solve business problems and accelerate ideas. Micha is also passionate about promoting young talent in Bulgaria and helping market and sell the work of emerging artists through MetaArt Foundation. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative Advertising from Buckinghamshire New University, Micha brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the field of design strategy.
