Matthew Fields, CPA, currently serves as the Chief Accounting Officer at Prospect Ridge since January 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Real Estate Investments at AllianceBernstein LP from January 2016 to January 2019, Controller at Stabilis Capital Management from June 2014 to January 2016, and Director of Fund Accounting at Tishman Speyer from November 2005 to June 2014. Matthew began their career at Ernst & Young as a Staff Associate II and later worked as a Staff Associate at The Schonbraun McCann Group. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Fairfield University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
