Shelley Keen is an experienced communication professional currently serving as the Communication Manager at Prospect Hospice since January 2024, where responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies. With a long-standing role as a freelance Voice Over Artist and Radio Presenter for BBC since May 2000, Shelley has hosted a live radio show and interviewed various guests. Previous positions include serving as the Internal Comms Business Partner at Dojo, Head of Comms and Engagement at Nationwide Building Society, and various communications roles at Capital One. Shelley also has a background in commercial production at Bauer Media and was recognized as the top accounts sales associate at ING. Shelley holds a BA (Hons) from the University of Surrey, completed in 1999.
