Pete Birrell is an accomplished business development professional currently serving as the Business Development Manager at Prospa since August 2022. Previously, Pete held multiple senior roles at Rolld Australia Pty Ltd, including Head of Corporate and Operations Special Projects Manager. With extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, Pete was the Region Manager for Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen and the HR Manager for KFC UK & Ireland, where key achievements included leading significant revenue growth and modernizing reward strategies. Pete also contributed to KFC's global strategies in Learning and Development and Human Resources, managing extensive teams and talent acquisition processes.
