Vafa Shahgaldiyeva - Mammadova serves as the Head of Human Resources at Prosol CJSC since January 2022, where the focus is on supporting client business strategies in cybersecurity and data protection. Additionally, Vafa holds the same title at PRODATA since November 2022. Previous roles in ATL Group included Senior Human Resources Specialist, Lead Human Resources Specialist, and Training Administrator, with experience starting as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant at Ekvita. Early career highlights include a Trainer position at Associação Mais Cidadania in Portugal and working as a Speech and Language Therapist with the Azerbaijan Physiotherapy Association and Azerbaijan Autism Association. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Developmental and Child Psychology from Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University, obtained from 2010 to 2014.
