Alkan Balkaya has had an extensive career beginning in 2001 when they were a student at Bogazici University. In 2006, they became an R&D Engineer at École Polytechnique de Montréal. In 2007, they joined Albert Solino Consulting as a Partner for Albert Solino Corp. USA, Co-Founder and for Albert Solino Corporate Finance. In 2017, they became Co-Founder of Corvisio and in 2019, they became Co-Founder of Prosoftly.
Alkan Balkaya's educational history includes a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Boğaziçi University from 2001 to 2005, an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal from 2005 to 2007, an MBA in Business Administration from Beykent University from 2010 to 2011, a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Decision Making Theory from Marmara University from 2014 to 2018, and Continuing Studies in Project Management from Stanford University from 2016 onward.
