Pamela Palmer has extensive experience in sales operations and customer service, currently serving as Manager of Sales Operations at ProSoft Technology Inc. since October 2004. In addition to this role, Pamela has previously held positions as Customer Service & Support Manager and Customer Relations Manager / Office Manager within the same company. Prior to ProSoft Technology Inc., Pamela worked at Busse, Inc. from July 1994 to December 2003 as a Sales / Tech Support Admin, further enhancing skills in sales and technical support.
