Robert Baumann has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Robert started their career at Wrigley as a Field Sales District Manager. Robert then joined The LEGO Group, where they worked in different positions such as Assistant Sales Management, Junior Account Manager, Account Manager for Switzerland and Toy Specialists and Wholesaler DACH, and finally as the Procurement & Administration Manager. Currently, they are working at ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE as the Head Corporate Real Estate and previously held the position of Head of Real Estate, Administration & Insurance.

Robert Baumann holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained between 1993 and 1998.
