Paul Van Metre is a seasoned professional in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, serving as Co-Founder of ProShop ERP, a software designed to optimize profitability and throughput for small to medium manufacturing companies since January 2015. In addition to this role, Paul hosts the Machine Shop Mastery Podcast, aimed at inspiring and empowering machine shop owners. Paul also contributes as a Board Member of the Pacific Northwest Aerospace Alliance and was formerly the President of DFM Partners, where significant improvements in profitability were achieved through design and manufacturing consulting. Prior experience includes serving as VP of Sales & Marketing for Pro CNC, where Paul oversaw sales and marketing for aerospace and commercial operations. An early leadership role as Team Captain of the Western Washington University Formula SAE team showcased Paul's capabilities in team management and engineering. Paul holds a BS in Industrial Technology from Western Washington University and has previously studied Mechanical Engineering at Boston University.
