Tammy Arsenault is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in desktop support and service management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Jr Admin at ProServeIT since November 2020, Tammy previously worked at SaltWire Network as an Information Technology Desktop Support specialist, where responsibilities included imaging and deploying operating systems, as well as managing service desk requests. Prior to that, roles included Desktop Support Specialist at Elanco, Global IT Service Desk Analyst at Invesco, and IT Consultant at Veterans Affairs Canada, contributing to a well-rounded background in technical support and system maintenance.
