Erik Heek possesses extensive experience in IT service and project management spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Service and Project Manager at Proserve since September 2018, Erik manages high-quality managed hosting projects. Previously, Erik held roles including Service Manager at SSC-I DJI, overseeing numerous services for the Dutch Justice sector, and Team Leader of Management at CJG Rijnmond, managing operational ICT across 50 locations. Erik's career includes significant positions at KPN, where responsibilities ranged from unit management to service management for major clients, and other roles such as Head System Administrator at Wartburg College and System Administrator at RIVM. Erik is an ITIL Expert, having completed advanced training between 2015 and 2017, and has a diverse educational background in theology and IT management.
