Tom Wolken began their work experience in 1991 at Ricoh Americas Corporation, where they worked as a Senior Technology Specialist and Team Leader. Tom'sresponsibilities included managing copier upgrades and installations, copier repair, wireless printing, scanning technologies, implementing solutions, and providing customer service. Tom remained in this role until September 2012.

In 2014, Tom joined ProServ Business Systems, Inc. as a Systems Integration Specialist. Tom worked in this position until January 2020, contributing to customer installations and projects. Tom then advanced to the role of Director of Support Services, where they oversaw and participated in customer installations and projects while contributing to both internal and external customers within the Support Services Department. In March 2021, Tom was further promoted to the position of Chief Operations Officer at ProServ Business Systems, where they currently serve.

Tom Wolken attended Neosho County Community College from 1986 to 1988, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Garnett High School from 1982 to 1986, focusing on General Studies. In addition to their formal education, Tom also holds certifications in Microsoft A+ and Microsoft Net+, which were obtained from Microsoft.
