Simon Farmer is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in engineering and management across various industries. Currently serving as the Packaging Group Operations Director at Proseal UK Ltd since May 2022, Simon previously held the position of Head of Operations at Materials Solutions, a Siemens Energy Business, from November 2018 to May 2022. Simon's extensive experience also includes roles at Siemens ITCL as Head of Global Operations Support, juwi Renewable Energies Ltd as Head of Operations, and Air Products and Chemicals as UK&I Merchant Gases Engineering Manager. With a strong engineering foundation developed at CryoService Limited and MW Kellogg, Simon combines technical expertise with comprehensive operational management skills. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Birmingham and a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
