Toby Mulligan is the current CEO of ProScribe and was previously the VP of Business Development at ePharmaSolutions from January 2007 to May 2011. Toby has also served as the President of Spectrum Pharmaceutical Research from January 2000 to January 2007.

Mulligan has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and has been instrumental in the development and commercialization of numerous drugs. Toby has a deep understanding of the drug development process and has helped streamline and accelerate clinical trials through their work with ePharmaSolutions.

Mulligan is a highly respected leader in the pharmaceutical industry and is known for their dedication to their work and their commitment to helping others succeed. Toby is a passionate advocate for the advancement of medical science and is committed to helping ProScribe make a positive impact on the lives of patients around the world.

Toby Mulligan has a JD from SMU Dedman School of Law and a BA in International Studies, French, and Geography from Texas State University. Toby also has a degree in Language from Université de Pau et des Pays de l'Adour.
