Angelos Skodras has been working in the field of clinical and life sciences since 2011. Angelos began their career as a Project Manager at the German Center for Neurodegenerative Diseases (DZNE) in 2011. In 2017, they moved to the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai as an Imaging Specialist. Later that year, they returned to the DZNE as a Project Lead. In 2021, they joined ZEISS Microscopy as an Anwendungsspezialist and Proscia as a Senior Application Specialist, Clinical and Life Sciences and an Application Specialist, EMEA in Commercial.
Angelos Skodras completed a BSc in Physics from the University of Patras, Greece between 2001 and 2005. Angelos then went on to complete an MSc in Bioinformatics at Imperial College London in 2006. Finally, they earned their PhD in Computational Modeling and Imaging from Imperial College London in 2010.
