Kate Kafel has extensive work experience in various industries. Kate started their career as a Retirement Plan Specialist at Fifth Third Bank in 2000 and worked there until 2002. Following this, they joined W. Boyd Crafton MD Inc. as a Practice Administrator from 2002 to 2013. Kate then joined The Christ Hospital Health Network as a Practice Manager in the Department of General Surgery from 2013 to 2017. Currently, they are working at ProScan Imaging, where they have held multiple roles including Senior Manager Billing and Collections from 2017 to 2020, Director of Sales and Marketing for the Cincinnati Region since 2020, and currently serves as the Operations Manager for the Tri-County & Western Hills region.

Kate Kafel pursued their bachelor's degree at Miami University from 1996 to 2000. During this time, they focused on the field of study of Finance, General and successfully earned their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree.
